Lukashenko extends condolences to Putin over terrorist attack in Moscow Oblast

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed his condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the terrorist attack in Moscow Oblast, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

"On behalf of the Belarusian people and personally, I express my most sincere condolences in connection with the monstrous terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow Oblast that resulted in civilian casualties. We resolutely condemn this brutal murder of innocent people, for which there can be no justification. I am convinced that all those who took part in the planning and perpetration of this act of violence will be identified and punished. In this difficult hour, I wish courage and fortitude to the families and friends of the victims over their irreparable loss and a speedy recovery to all the victims," the message of condolences read.
