Yulia Gosteeva, Deputy General Director for Production at SOAO "Kommunarka," told journalists at a press conference which of the company's products are in highest demand among Russian consumers, reports a Soyuz.by correspondent.

The speaker noted that "Kommunarka" currently produces over 25,000 tons of confectionery annually, with 40% of this volume being exported. "The Russian market accounts for the vast majority of our exports—up to 90–95% today," she said. "Our main products sold in Russia include chocolate with fatty fillings, the 'TRUFFLES' brand, and items featuring our fruit purees under the 'Kommunarka' brand." Other popular products include the large-format wafer candy "Belovezhskaya Pushcha," glazed candies flavored with cherry and pepper or cola, and the unglazed "Protein 22%" bar.

Overall, the factory's products are currently supplied to more than 14 countries worldwide. The Deputy General Director for Production highlighted the company's expanded presence in the Chinese market, noting that dark chocolate - ranging from 52% to 90% cocoa content - is the most popular choice there.

REFERENCE: The "Kommunarka" factory is one of the largest confectionery manufacturers in the Republic of Belarus. Its extensive product range comprises over 350 confectionery items. The factory currently operates three main production departments: a candy workshop, a chocolate workshop, and a combined candy-and-chocolate workshop.
