Holy Fire to be flown to Minsk on 12 April

A lampada-capsule with the Holy Fire from the Holy Sepulchre is expected to arrive in Belarus on 12 April in the morning, BelTA reports citing the official website of the Belarusian Orthodox Church. BelTA has learned.

The lamp with the Holy Fire will be delivered to the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Minsk at 9.00 in the morning.


A delegation from the St. Andrew the First-Called Foundation will flow the lamp from Jerusalem to Moscow by plane where it will be met by representatives of the Belarusian Exarchate. After the arrival of the Holy Fire in Minsk, it will be then delivered across all eparchies of the Belarusian Orthodox Church.
