The premiere of the film The Soul of the Defender by the Belarusfilm national film studio will take place at the Moscow Cinema on 12 February, BelTA learned from the press service of the Culture Ministry.

“The film shows soldiers and officers of the Armed Forces of Belarus, the border service and the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from multiple perspectives through unique footage of combat tasks, in civilian life, and in candid interviews. Their every moment of service is devoted not to accolades, but to a far greater purpose: peace on Belarusian soil. Our defenders’ spirits are imbued with love for the homeland, for their homes, for their people, a love that acts as armor, rendering them strong and unyielding,” the ministry noted.

The screening will begin at 7:00 PM. Before the film, the cinema foyer will host an exhibition of modern uniforms, military equipment, and weapons prepared by the Defence Ministry, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the State Border Committee. A cover band will perform contemporary patriotic songs, and an autograph session with members of the film crew will also be held.
