Belarus to raise minimum subsistence budget on 1 February

Belarus will raise minimum subsistence budget on 1 February 2025, BelTA has learned from the press service of the Labor and social Security Ministry of Belarus.

The new minimum subsistence budget on average per capita is set at Br447.64., which is 2.2% higher than the minimum subsistence budget which was in effect from 1 November 2024.

The new minimum subsistence budget will be valid until 30 April 2025.

Various allowances and increases that make part of the social security system and also certain social payments tied to the minimum subsistence rate have been also revised upwards.
