Belarusian enterprises and organizations will take part in the international forum World Nuclear Week, which is to be held in Moscow on 25-28 September, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Energy Ministry.

Belarus's collective stand at the forum exhibition will feature innovative projects in nuclear energy, industry, science, education, and nuclear medicine.

The central place in the exposition will be given to the project for the construction and commissioning of the Belarusian nuclear power plant (BelNPP). Visitors will be able to learn about the most significant results of the national nuclear energy program, personnel training for the nuclear industry, measures taken to ensure nuclear and radiation safety, joint projects with the IAEA, and the development of Belarus' cooperation with partner countries in nuclear energy.

Representatives of relevant Belarusian ministries and departments will participate in the forum's business program: round tables, panel sessions, and open dialogues, where prospects for the further development of the industry and its role in ensuring the sustainable development of national economies will be discussed.

The World Nuclear Week forum will be held in Moscow for the first time and will be timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the Russian nuclear industry. Forum events will be attended by representatives from over a hundred countries, including CIS nations, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. The exhibition and business program will bring together renowned nuclear specialists, scientists, government officials, international organizations, and major companies. The forum will be held under the motto From a New Technological Order to a New Worldview.
