Belarus raises childcare allowance for children under three

The monthly childcare allowance for children under three will be increased in Belarus on 1 February, BelTA learned from the Labor and Social Security Ministry.

During the period from 1 February 2026 to 31 July 2026, the amount of monthly childcare allowances for children under three will be as follows: Br1000.86 for the first child (up byBr69.95); Br1,143.84 for the second and subsequent children (up by Br78.80), and Br1,286.82 for a child with a disability (up by Br88.65).

The Labor and Social Security Ministry noted that the allowance amount has increased by 7.4% and added that the childcare allowance for children under three is recalculated twice a year: on February 1 and 1 August.
