Belarus’ development program for 2026-2030 in the works

Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchinpresided over a meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers to consider the concept of Belarus’ social and economic development program for 2026-2030 and the program of government activities for 2025-2029, BelTA learned.

According to Aleksandr Turchin, today the government is reviewing key program documents for the next five years. “The draft documents have been worked out in accordance with the pre-election program of our head of state, the instructions given during the appointment of the new government and in the inauguration speech,” he noted. 



The prime minister added that the concept of the program suggests clear indicators, which should be achieved and kept under control. According to him, the program has the resource support of the economy. “In addition, we have conducted a large-scale sociological study,” Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin said.
