Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed an executive order to finance the expenses of the Belarus President’s special fund to support talented youth. More than Br745,000 will be allocated for these purposes from the special fund.

Twenty-five grand-prizes and lapel badges of the President’s special fund will be awarded to the winners of international competitions and contests. Winners of national Olympiads will receive 278 special prizes.

Students of universities will get 180 scholarships for academic excellence and creative projects.

The order seeks to help identify talent and potential amongst young people and provide opportunities for their professional growth and development.
