Denis Duk, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, is taking part in the First International Congress of Public Administration in Moscow on February 10, the press service of the Presidential Academy reports.

The participants will discuss issues of improving the efficiency of public administration, digital transformation of government, human development, as well as measures necessary to provide services to citizens and create conditions for business development at a qualitatively new level.
