Russia tops ranking of countries where Belarusians go on vacation

Where do Belarusians most often go on vacation? In a statistical review for World Tourism Day, Belstat named the top 5 countries.

In 2025, 1,255 organizations provided tourism services and excursion services in Belarus, with 3,528,100 people using their services. Cooperation in the tourism sector has been established with 130 countries. A total of 4.7 million trips abroad were made.
A total of 736,400 Belarusians traveled abroad on organized tours. The geography covered 120 countries. The average length of stay on vacation was eight days.
The top 5 destinations included Russia (162,900 people), Turkey (162,500), Egypt (112,800), the UAE (78,100), and Georgia (46,000).
