More than 11,000 European citizens have visited Belarus without a visa since the beginning of the year – SBC

More than 11,000 residents of European countries have visited Belarus without a visa since the beginning of 2026. This was reported by the State Border Committee's press service.

Since January 1, 11,139 foreign citizens from 38 European countries have arrived in the country.

Overall statistics show that 1,270,850 Europeans have visited Belarus since the introduction of the visa-free regime.

The largest number of trips were made by citizens of Lithuania — 666,745 people, Latvia — 408,603 people and Poland — 135,354 people. After the expansion of the visa-free regime to 35 European countries, which came into force on July 19, 2024, 60,118 people have entered Belarus.

The visa-free entry for citizens of 38 European countries will remain in effect until December 31, 2026,inclusive.
