Lukashenko approves new appointments in local, regional government bodies

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved the appointment of three new heads of the district executive committees and a deputy chairman of the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee, BelTA has learned.

Igor Klishev has been approved for the post of Deputy Chairman of the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee. He will oversee construction and housing/utilities. Until now, he served as chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee.

Natalya Osmolovskaya will serve as Chairperson of the Kostiukovichi District Executive Committee. Previously, she was deputy chairperson of the Krichev District Executive Committee, overseeing economic issues.

Maksim Potapenko has been approved for the post of Chairman of the Slavgorod District Executive Committee. He currently serves as Chairman of the Gorki District Council of Deputies.

Sergei Dorozhkin will head the Chausy District Executive Committee. Prior to this, he worked at the Kirov District Executive Committee in the position of First Deputy Chairman - Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food.
