Attending the grand opening were Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Aleksandr Rogozhnik, Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Russia) Radiy Khabirov, and heads of enterprises affiliated with Belarus’ Industry Ministry. The center will serve as a production and service hub for the sale and maintenance of Belarusian specialized machinery in the region. This large-scale investment project is a vivid example of successful cooperation between Belarus and Bashkortostan.
According to Radiy Khabirov, all the machines have passed inspections and are highly praised by machine operators. “This is why we’ve been purchasing this equipment and will continue to do so. We need nearly the entire range presented here: from trolleybuses to dump trucks. Utility and construction equipment are especially in demand. Honestly, it wasn’t quite right that we didn’t have a service center until now, considering the large number of machines that require quality maintenance,” he added. The interest is understandable: over 11,000 Belarusian machines are currently operating in Bashkortostan.
The Industry Ministry’s press service noted that the new multi-brand center features leading Belarusian manufacturers: Amkodor (a leader in specialized machinery), MTZ (a recognized producer of tractors and agricultural equipment), MAZ (a top manufacturer of trucks), Gomselmash (the largest producer of agricultural machinery), Bobruiskagromash (maker of modern agro-industrial equipment), MMZ (a flagship in domestic engine manufacturing), Motovelozavod (producer of reliable motor vehicles), BATE (manufacturer of high-quality auto components).
