The meeting took place within the framework of the Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum in the city of Kazan. Belarus traditionally takes part in the forum. The joint stand of the Belarusian state petrochemical concern Belneftekhim presented the flagships of the Belarusian manufacturing sector on a large scale. Participation in the forum was another opportunity to discuss promising joint decisions with Russian colleagues, compare notes about the modernization of manufacturing facilities, and find new contact points in the sphere of high ecological and industrial standards.
The Republic of Tatarstan is one of the key and reliable trade and economic partners among regions of the Russian Federation. Belarus is intent on continuing the long-term partnership.
This autumn Belarus will host the international expo INNOPROM for the second time. Belarus’ deputy prime minister invited Tatarstan’s delegation to take part in the forum.
