First Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration Vladimir Pertsov laid flowers at the Eternal Flame of Glory Memorial in the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin, BelTA has learned.

The solemn ceremony took place as part of the events surrounding the presentation of the Every Third commemorative concert.
It was also attended by Consul General of Belarus in Nizhny Novgorod Oleg Shvets, Deputy Minister of International and Interregional Relations of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast Maksim Bezayev, Senior Adviser of the Consulate General of Belarus in Nizhny Novgorod Denis Sidorov, Head of the Department of the Moral and Psychological Support Directorate of the Main Directorate for Ideological Work of the Defense Ministry of Belarus Nikolai Zhlobich, and Head of the Department for International Cooperation and Interaction with the Media of the Culture Ministry of Belarus Viktoriya Ratobylskaya.
