PHOTOfact: Representatives of the Standing Committee of the Union State visited MAZ

A delegation of the Permanent Committee of the Union State headed by State Secretary of the Union State Sergey Glazyev visited the Minsk Automobile Plant to familiarise themselves with the main processes of the Belarusian flagship.

Within the framework of the working visit the guests were introduced to the heart of the plant - the assembly line, where MAZ trucks are assembled, as well as the new building of MAZ bus plant, where the latest buses of different models are assembled.
BACKGROUND: Minsk Automobile Plant is the flagship of the automotive industry in Belarus. The company specialises in the production of cargo, passenger, trailer and special vehicles. The plant produces about 500 models and modifications of flatbed and all-wheel drive vehicles, dump trucks, chassis, tractors, logging trucks, trailers and semi-trailers, cranes, special vehicles, as well as about 15 models of buses, trolleybuses, electric buses.
