According to Khrenin, the ideas of peace, security and creation have become an internal political pillar in Belarus

Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin made a presentation in which he presented the concept of a just world based on the principles of diversity and multipolarity, noting that the voice of each state should be heard in matters of international security and peaceful coexistence.

Khrenin proposed to develop the Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity of the XXI century, which will unite the efforts of the states of the continent in building a new world order based on international law, mutual trust and equality, taking into account the national, religious and cultural characteristics of peoples. The new system of international relations, according to the Minister, should exclude interference in the internal affairs of states and recognize the diversity of practical cooperation mechanisms.

"It is possible that as a result of joint work we will come to the creation of a new OSCE, however, in which the "E" will no longer mean Europe, but Eurasia," Khrenin noted. "But I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the states of Europe, as an integral part of the Eurasian continent, should also participate in these processes."

"In the end, all decisions on issues of ensuring peace and security, building a common future will be able to be made by a real global majority, and not by a closed club of Western countries," the Belarusian Defense Minister stressed.
