Belarus’ deputy PM meets with heads of Russian delegations at INNOPROM expo

On the sidelines of the INNOPROM. Belarus industrial expo, Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich held working meetings with heads of the delegations of Russian regions: Novosibirsk Oblast, the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Dagestan, BelTA has learned.

The main topic of the talks was strengthening industrial cooperation. The parties discussed in detail the deepening of industrial cooperation, mutual supplies of machinery and components, as well as the development of joint high-tech production facilities.

During the meetings, the participants emphasized the high frequency and practical effectiveness of interregional contacts in recent years. It was also noted that regular dialogue allows for a prompt response to economic challenges and effectively addresses the strategic task of ensuring the technological sovereignty of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.
