Belarus, Russia discuss plans to develop transportation services

Belarus and Russia have discussed plans to develop transportation services between the two countries, the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Belarus told BelTA.

Representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Belarus and the Ministry of Transport of Russia met in Moscow to thrash out plans to implement the 2024-2026 action plan to fulfill some provisions of the Union State Treaty.

The Belarusian delegation was headed by First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Valery Verenich, the Russian delegation was led by State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Transport Dmitry Zverev.

The parties emphasized the importance of deepening the Union State integration in the field of transport in view of the agreements reached by the heads of state and government in April 2024.
